He is survived by: his wife Lisa Summers; his children, Matt Summers (Brooke) and Tabatha Moore (Jason); his siblings, John Summers and Janette Jacoby (Jim); and his grandchildren, Caleb Watson, Lillie Summers, Brandon Durden, Dylan Durden, Johnathan Summers, Chandler Moore, Chase Moore, Juliana Moore and Maleia Summers.
