He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Yack and Sue Yack. He is survived by: his wife Kim Yack (Parker); his children, Ashlynn, Taylor and Austin; and his sisters, Barbara Eggers, Robin Yack and Vickie Wasko. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
