We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2023, at the age of 58, Nancy Wood of Byron, Georgia, born in Columbus, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Carter Matthews. She is survived by : her husband Stewart Wood; her children, Dylan Wood (Kalyn Shehee) and Nikki Retherford; her grandchildren, Carter Wood, Maddox Wood and Jabe Retherford; her mother Ouida Matthews; and her siblings, Anne Roland (Mike), Beth Smith (Mike) and Bill Matthews (Missy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
