She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Joyce Jacobs; her brother Jessie Jacobs; and her niece Jessica Jacobs. She is survived by: her siblings, Johnny Jacobs II (Kitty) and Sherri Jacobs; her godson Eli Guilmette; and her friends, Melissa Guilmette (Robert), Jennifer Smith (Russell), Amber Smith and Maddison Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
