With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rennie May Etheridge (Byron, Georgia), who passed away on May 12, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Rennie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Rennie. Though Rennie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Calvin May Jr. and Leila Hall May; her friends, Evelyn, Belinda, Brenda, Jennifer, Gail, Michelle, Doug and Dianne; her caregiver Megan; Reverend Ricky Tidwell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lighthouse Community Church (4301 Jordan Rd, Byron, GA 31008). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
