He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Fowler and Audie Leah Gay; his wife Ann Fowler; and his sister Joy Brookins. He is survived by: his children, Donna Tanner (Tim Tanner) and Johnny Fowler (Renee Fowler); his grandchildren, Morgan Willis (BJ Willis) of East Dublin, Taylor Lord (Jeremy) of Dudley, Anna Helton (Luke) of Dudley and Dustin Fowler (Madison) of Dublin; and his great grandchildren, Kylee, Kaysen Willis, Jade, Jep Lord, Hensley, Hunter Helton, Ryan and Scottie Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
