She was predeceased by: her parents, Doug Norton and Mary Frances Norton; her husband Guy Frank Weigand; her daughters, Cassandra Edwards and Francine Richardson; and her granddaughter Chrissy Denny.

She is survived by: her daughters, Katie Weigand (Joshua Edwards), Christal Bintliff (Andrew) and Garalee Weldon (Jamie); and her sisters, Sue Beasley (Jeff), Kathy English (Pat), Peggy Hendley and Michelle Evans. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, several great nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the MS Foundation.
