Barnhardt of Pamana City, FL; his grandchildren, Keith Lee (Dawn) of Cairo, GA, Amy Starr (Adam) of Cairo, GA, Kimberly Speights (Josh) of Panama City, FL and Victoria Brown (Connor) of Panama City, FL; his great grandchildren, Colin, Hunter, Bralyn, Naomi, Joe, Skyler, Kenston, Karter, Kanden, Emma and Sydney; and his sister Velma Hatcher of Camilla, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
