She is survived by: her husband Johnny Mack Butler; her daughter Connie Adams (Roy) of Toccoa, GA; her grandchildren, Cameron Butler of Cairo, GA, Mackenzie Adams of Toccoa, GA. and Makayla Adams of Toccoa, GA.; her siblings, Luther Royal (Faye) of Claxton, GA and Debbie Crawford (Pat) of Nevils, GA; her sister-in-law Diannia Ernst of Cairo; her daughters, Darlene Youngman, April Morgan and Janice Ezell; and her goddaughter Cyndi Tarin.
