She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Burdette and Margaret Williams Burdette; her husband Allen Zeb McCurry of August; and her siblings, Steve Burdette, Sonny Burdette and Marie Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Hal McCurry (Lisa) of Carriere, MS, David McCurry (Jackie) of Cairo, GA and Rhonda McCurry Dellinger (Allen) of Gainesville, GA; and her sisters, Marilyn Pullen, Helen Goodman and Julia Goodpastor. She is also survived by many beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home (334 S Broad St, Cairo, GA 39828). A reception was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
