He is survived by: his wife Angela Mitchell of Cairo, GA; his children, Robbie Mitchell (Dana) of Cairo, GA and Julie Mitchell (Marie) of Cairo, GA; his grandchildren, Quinn Mitchell, Kaitlyn Mitchell and Elaine Mitchell; and his siblings, Maxine Jarvis of Whigham, GA, Meddie Baggett (Steve) of Whigham, GA and Barbara Rash of Marianna, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Hall of the First Baptist Church (505 N Broad St, Cairo, GA 39828). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (505 N Broad St, Cairo, GA 39828).
