He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Thomas Duncan and Evelyn Morris Duncan; his wife Dixie Allen Duncan; his daughter Darlene Katherine Duncan; and his siblings, Wright Duncan, Rebecca Duncan Haire and Barbara Duncan Zotyka.
He is survived by: his children, Ferrol Duncan, Jr. (Debbie) of Whigham, GA, Sherry Duncan Cady (Kenneth) of Tallahassee, FL and Bruce Duncan (Tonya) of Crawfordville, FL; his grandchildren, Nichole Bryant of Warner Robins, GA, Eric Cady of Tallahassee, FL and Ashley Duncan of Crawfordville, FL; his children, Cynthia Robertson of Cairo, GA, Rex Robertson of Cairo, GA, Steven Robertson of Cairo, GA, Taylor Duncan Sutton of Valdosta, GA, Parker Duncan of Valdosta, GA and Ashton Duncan (Maddie) of Crawfordville, FL; his great grandchildren, Madeline of Zoey, Haisley, Rex, Jr., Austin, River, Jackson and Dixon; his great great grandchild Aiden; his siblings, June Bouska (Patricia Bowers) of Grayson, GA and Morris Duncan (Mary Jo) of Havana, FL; and his sister-in-law Gwyn Duncan of Vada, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Family Worship Center (1760 US-84, Cairo, GA 39828). A reception was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Duncan's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
