He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Childers and Barbara Kirby Childers. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Childers; his daughter Lexi Childers; his stepsons, Bly Jordon and Braden Morgan; his siblings, Brian Childers (Erin) and Susan Santizo (Jose); his nieces and nephews, Trevor Childers, Liam Santizo, Allie Childers and Scarlett Santizo; and the mother of his child India Talley.
