He was predeceased by : his brother Gerald Carver; his brother-in-law David Ward; and his nephew Russell Ward. He is survived by : his parents, Jerry Carver and Edna Hall Carver of Calhoun, Georgia.; his children, Tamara Holmes (Kevin) and Adam Carver; and his grandchildren, Hunter Holmes, Kaylie Holmes, Kylie Holmes, Khole Holmes, Lakely Carver, Lily Kaye Percy, Brett Percy and Cohen Percey.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
