He is survived by: his wife Marie Virginia Hennon Vaughn; his son Van Vaughn (Tammie); his stepsons, Mike Carter and Gary Carter; his grandson Chase Vaughn; and his brother Steve Vaughn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel. A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
