She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Charles Owen Sr.; her son Daniel Charles Owen Jr.; her parents, Homer Head and Lura Head; her siblings, Mary Nell Dover (Joyce Notes) and Jackie Head; and her grandchildren, Alysha, Shayna Edwards, Claire Owen and Tucker Hughes.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol; her son-in-law Randy Edwards; her son Nathan; her daughter-in-law Renee Owen; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jonathan Owen, Scott, Kevin Edwards, Bryanna Hughes, Tericka Quinton, Kaylee Owen, Emeral Bentley, Alyssa Wandell and Tyler Dukes; her great grandchildren, Keith Sawyer, Easton Edwards, Rylee Owens, Charlie Owen, Harper, J. T. Bentley, D. J. and Rumani Wandell; and her siblings, Charlene Beavers and Jimmy Head. She is also survived by cat Boo Boo nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crane Eater Community Church (3168 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701).
