She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Samples (Greg) and Denise Brookshire; her daughter-in-law Vickie Chapman; her grandchildren, Kimberly Chapman (Todd Holt) and Ken Chapman (Cassie); her great grandchildren, Rebecca Lambert, Kevin Lambert, Mallorie Samples and Lucus Chapman; her brother James Crook; and her niece Barbara Jean Jones.
