Betsy Anne Higginbotham Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betsy Anne Higginbotham of Calhoun, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Betsy Anne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betsy Anne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Raymond Criswell and Suzanne Parrish Criswell; and her son Michael Jordan Higginbotham. She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray Higginbotham; her daughter Julie Anne Jones (Elliott); and her grandchildren, Caroline Jones and Tucker Jones.
