She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Clarence Fowler and Robbie Lou Wilbanks Fowler; and her siblings, Jimmie Lee Fowler, Gerald Zane Fowler, Walter Richard Fowler and Betty June Fowler.
She is survived by: her brother Larry Med Fowler; and her sisters-in-law, Trish Fowler and Pat Fowler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701).
Bobbye founded the Bobbye Harris Foundation and played a pivotal role in establishing both the Harris Radiation Center and the Harris Arts Center through her generous donations and dedication. As President of the Clarence Harris Foundation, she worked tirelessly to support local nonprofits.
