He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Black, Jr. (Bridget), Janet Burchett (Rex), Tabitha Gallman, Sara Holbert (Russell), Sherry Talley and Valerie Black (Chris Burchfield); his sister Joann Coker; his grandchildren, Coty Stanley, Jennifer Jones, Calob Stanley, Tim Burchett, Benjamin Gallman, JoAnn Gallman, Brooke Talley, Brianna Talley, Ari Black, Bree Black, Regan Bell, Nathan Holbert, Rachel Holbert, Nicolas Holbert, Hannah Burchfield, Hunter Burchfield, Haven Burchfield and Dakota Burk; and his great grandchildren, Braxton Jones, Zailyn Stanley, Adaliegh Stanley, Zayne Prioreschi, Braxton Black and Sophia Cargin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home (711 College St, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cross Church.
