He is survived by: his siblings, Myra Sue Embry (late Buddy) of Alabama and Will Lewis (late Evelyn) of Tennessee; his sons, Wayne Lewis (Judy) and John Lewis; his grandson Dillon Lewis (Melanie); his great grandchildren, Dawson and Layla Lewis; and his stepgrandson Dillon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
