He is survived by: his wife Janice O'Kelley Fowler; his son David; his daughter-in-law Torrie Fowler; his daughter Dawn; his son-in-law Wayne Stokes; his brothers, Ralph Fowler, Robert Fowler and Billy Fowler; his sister-in-law Sheila Fowler; and his grandchildren, Devin Fowler, Karter Fowler and Blake Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
