Effie Mae (Crump) Hamilton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Effie Mae (Crump) Hamilton of Calhoun, Georgia, who passed away on June 30, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Crump Sr. and Mary Hannah Crump; her husband Jack V. Hamilton; and her siblings, Bobbie Gwynn, Mildred Stone, Emory Crump, Junior Crump, Howard Crump and Walter Crump.
She is survived by: her daughter Jackie; her son-in-law Barry Tow; her sisters, Betty Black and Barbara (Scott Rainwater); her siblings-in-law, Robert Gwynn and Lonna Crump; and her grandchild Jocelyn Tow. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family asks that flowers be omitted and donations be made to the South Calhoun Baptist Church Building Fund.
