She was predeceased by: her parents, Willey Woodward and Florence Woodward; her husband Walter Stone; her son Lonnie Stone; her brothers, Wayne Woodward (Louise) and Grandvel Woodward (Willie); and her children-in-law, Geraldine Stone and Frank Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Stone (Teresa), James Stone and Maxie Jones; and her daughter-in-law Reta Stone. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home (711 College St, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
