He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elzo Hale and Margaret Deskie Amos Hale; and his siblings, Katherine Hale, Patricia Corbin, Faye Hale, Ronald, Donald, Chester and Wayne Hale.
He is survived by: his siblings, Johnny Hale (Dorothy) of Cartersville, GA, Alvin Hale (Sandra) of Calhoun, GA, Jeanette McDonald (James) of Harrison, TN, Sue Ball (Clifford) of Acworth, GA, Jean Patterson (Steve) of Rome, GA, Ruby Watson (Dennis) of Charleston, TN and Gail Turner (Eddie) of Calhoun, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Dianne Hale of Calhoun, GA and Martha Hale of Cartersville, GA. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, great-great nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Hill Cemetery (319 N Erwin St, Cartersville, GA 30120).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Zion Hills Baptist Church, Cartersville, Georgia.
