He is survived by: his wife Ola Belle Stansell Thompson; his children, Greg Thompson and Stephanie Miller (Adam); his stepson Cleon Chester, Jr. (Christy); his grandchildren, Liam Thompson, Fox Miller, Cleon Chester, III, Ceely Chester and Violet Miller; and his sisters, Katherine Terrel and Pat Shelton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farmville Methodist Church (6906 Fairmount Hwy SE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
