He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Moore Sr. and Jeanette Dunevan Moore. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wyatt Moore; his daughter Dana Moore Woodard (Timothy); his grandchildren, Madison Woodard and Mason Woodard; his siblings, Paul Moore (Debbie) and Donna Moore Ray; his siblings-in-law, Gene and Cheryl Erwin; and his pet Lil Rascal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (1170 Rome Rd SW, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity Baptist Church in Billy's memory.
