He is survived by: his wife Maria Cardenas; his children, Joshua Rivera, Annette Rivas and Kisha Hammett; his sisters, Ines Rivas and Nereida Rivas; and his grandchildren, Jordan Garcia, Brielle Garcia, Jayde Garcia, Blaze Hammett, Blake Hammett and Bleu Hammett.
