He was predeceased by: his parents, James Westbrook and Onetta Westbrook; his wife Frankie Hunter Westbrook; and his son James Randall Westbrook. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Tidwell; his grandchildren, Scott Tidwell, Shelly Howard, Benjamin Tidwell, Amanda Barnett (Brent) and Leah Westbrook; his great grandchildren, Lindsey Tidwell, LeAnn Blackstock, AJ Tidwell, Owen Tidwell, Savannah Matt, Joseph Matt, Ethan Matt, Ariana Tidwell, Chelsee Caldwell and Brooke Priser; and his great great grandchildren, Shane, Addison, Hannah, Brenleigh, Aiden, Connor, Asher and Breck.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Morris Cemetery.
