He is survived by: his mother Ann Shaw; his child Ashley Shaw; his wife Kelly Shaw; his children, Allison Shaw and Rachel Manis; his grandchildren, Kurston Burns, Isabella Shaw and Patience Carroll; his siblings, Gene Shaw (Darlene), Denise Mulkey (Andy) and Sharon Carpenter (Joe); his mother-in-law Clara Jean French; his brother Chris; and his siblings-in-law, Lesley Ratcliff and Tony French.
