He is survived by: his sons, Michael Holder and Jimmy "Bo" Holder Jr.; his siblings, Tony, Richard Holder and Betty Stone; and his grandchildren, Michael Casen Holder, Kolby Blaze Holder and Harley Marissa Holder.
