He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Martindale; his sons, Gabriel Nance (Melanie) and Chris Hornbrook (Jamie); his siblings, Keith, Phil Martindale, Renee Martindale and Jane Joye (Randy); his grandchildren, Logan, Ember Nance-Martindale, Rachel Burchett, Katie, Gracen Hornbrook, Patrick Nix and Brad Gray; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Owen, Walker Burchett and Liam Jones.
