She is survived by: her children, Dale Lockard Jr. (Julie), Earl Lockard, Chris Lockard (Katie), Donna Barker (Steve), Loretta Taylor and Denise Silvers (Bobby); her siblings, Harold Layne and Diane Layne; and her grandchildren, Emily Lockard (Daiton), Megan VanDyke (Brian), Sara Jones (Keith), Jessica Phillips (Chad), Laura Ghorley (Dustin), Elizabeth Taylor, Cody Lockard, Hunter Lockard (India), Jeremy Lockard (Brittany), Jonathan Silvers (Brittany), Landon Silvers and Tristyn Lockard. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 301 Chatsworth Hwy 225 NE, Calhoun, GA 30701. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
