Louise Estelle Towe Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Estelle Towe of Calhoun, Georgia, who passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, R. W. Fowler and Lemma Louise Fowler; her husband Wayne Towe; her son Vic Hobgood; her brothers, Albert Fowler and R. W. Fowler, Jr.; her great grandchild Gage Bohannon; and the father of her children Harry Hobgood.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Bohannon (Bryan), Kerry Hobgood (Natalie), Angie Maness (Donny), Skylar Williams (Josh) and Robbie Towe; her siblings, Kenny Fowler and Bertie Wilson; and her grandchildren, Felicia (Marshall), Hali (Jamie), Ashley, Molli (Nick), Karlie of Noah, J. J., Gregory (Shannon), Emily (Justin), Owen, Chaz (Amanda), Dustin and Brody. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Boone Ford Baptist Church (1350 Boone Ford Rd SE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
