She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bates and Ruth Wilson Bates; and her husband David Ashley Evans. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Evans, Tony Parker and Donnie Moore; and her sister Sissy Fischel. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
