He was predeceased by: his parents, George Simpson and Isabelle Montgomery Simpson; his sons, Keith Harris and Tyreese C. Bowden; and his sister Virginia Christian.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Kirk (Robert), Valencia Simpson, Olivia Simpson, Matthew Brandon Simpson (Keysha) and Correl Curtis; his sisters, Mary Ruth Garrigan and Yvonne Harris; and his daughters-in-law, Mary L. Bowden and Tammy Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family, friends, and his church family.
