He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Hurley and May Belle Hurley; his siblings, Buster Hurley, Jr., Joe Bob Hurley, Charles Hurley, James Hurley, David Hurley and Betty Jane Chambers; his son Max M. Hurley, Jr. (Max); and his former wife Barbara Morgan Hurley.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Church; his daughter Kerri; his children-in-law, Sammy Worley of Calhoun and Vicki Hurley of Texas; his grandson Micah Worley (Katie) of Tampa, FL; his stepson Jeff May (Ashley) of Monroe, GA; and his stepgrandchildren, Walker May (Lindsey), Reagan May and Caroline May. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
