He is survived by: his parents, Harvey Bailey and Nellie Bailey (Tootsie); his children, Andrew Bailey (Meagan), Raymond Swinford (Lindsay) and Angela Bailey Cochran; his grandchildren, Cameron, Reyghan, Carsyn Cochran, Britney, Heidi, Justin, Johnathon and Amelia Swinford; his great grandchild Riley Swinford; and his brothers, Rodger Bailey (Brenda) and Greg Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
