She is survived by: her sons, Walter Donald Sanders Jr. (Bridget) and Phillip Sanders (Sherry); her daughter-in-law Penny Sanders; her grandchildren, Elliott Sanders, Heather Hubbard, Vanessa Bierman and Dede Wilson; and her nephew Barry Hegwood. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and great-nieces.
