She was predeceased by: her parents, J. L. Kirk and Ruby Kirk Cox; and her siblings, Carolyn Kirk Prickett and Robert C. Kirk. She is survived by: her husband Don Owens Lewis (Billy); her children, Cindy Lewis, Lori Lewis Ethridge (Tom Hall) and Lindsay Lewis (Sarah); her grandchildren, Lindsay Ethridge (Will James), Graves Ethridge (Julia), David Ethridge, Grant Lewis (LizAnne Wise) and Lillie Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Ruby McCarron, Liam and Josephine Ethridge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Calhoun First United Methodist Church Memorial Fund or to the Emory Brain Health Center Directors Fund.
