He is survived by : his wife Linda Chang; his children, Terry Chang (Janet) of San Jose, CA, Jerry Chang (Joanna) of Marietta, GA, Jeff Chang (Melissa) of Irvine, CA and Raymond Chang of Calhoun, GA; and his grandchildren, Kaela, Kaeson, Hannah, Matthew, Thomas, Alexis and Nicholas. He is also survived by his family, friends.
