He is survived by: his children, Paul Simpkins (Ben Fuller) of Calhoun, GA, Michael Simpkins (Joan) of Powell, WY and Sharon Sexauer (Maj); his grandchildren, Courtney Simpkins, Amy Sexauer, Jessica Sexauer, Ryan Sexauer, Hannah Simpkins, Ian Simpkins, Tyler Mills, Kyle Mills, Jordan Young and Emily Trainor; and his great grandchildren, Apollo, Avery, Jyn, Braydon, Theodore, Caleb and Owen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
