He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carolyn Smith Selman, Rex Benton, Preston and Evelyn Quarles Bohannon; and his in-laws, Janet Dillard and Carl Elrod.
He is survived by: his parents, Walter Bohannon and Janet Benton Bohannon; his wife Victoria Elrod Bohannon; his children, Trent Bohannon (Kelsi) and Trinity Bohannon; his brother Eric Bohannon (Renee); his sister-in-law Lois Sanford (Kevin); and his sibling's children, McKinsey Grace Bohannon, Tyler Bohannon, Kinsey SueAnna Bohannon, Emerie Bohannon, Sawyer Bohannon, Tulley, Tinsley Webb and Bailey Sanford.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boone Ford Baptist Church (1350 Boone Ford Rd SE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Twin Lakes Recovery Center in Chad's memory.
