She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Bower and Neta Kinney Bower; and her brother Allen E Bowers Jr. of Bethlehem. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Gillean, Sr.; her sons, Jason Gillean of Calhoun, Georgia and Kevin Gillean of Calhoun, Georgia; her grandson Brody Gillean of Calhoun, Georgia; her sister Anita; and her brother-in-law Arthur "Art" Jackson of Raleigh.
