He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kenneth and Mary Ann Parks. He is survived by: his sister Martha Ann Stewart; his nephews, Joseph W. Stewart and Eric A. Stewart; his great-nephews, Joseph W. Stewart, Jr. and Draven Stewart; and his great-niece Danavee Bright.
