She is survived by: her mother Anna Chapman; her husband Michael McGivern; her children, Paul Bean (Stacey), Melissa Westbrook (Clint), Jana McGivern and Kimberly McGivern; her siblings, David Spalding (Elizabeth), Melissa Spalding (Derek Tellier) and Becky Alonso (Jose); her in-laws, Dave McGivern, John McGivern and Bob McGivern (Page); and her grandchildren, Mason, Hannah, Olivia, Victoria, Eli, Lennon, Veronica, Lyanna, Rebecca, Chance and Haleigh. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and lots of extended family.
