He was predeceased by : his parents, Jess Jerry and Edna Arlean Dutton; and his siblings, Charles Jack Dutton, George Melvin Dutton, Paul Buddy Dutton, Sonny Maurice Dutton, Donald Jess Dutton, Jimmie Ray Dutton and Ester Mae Dutton.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Maxine Dutton; and his brother John Eddy Dutton.
