She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest T. Dean and Evie Elizabeth Mobley Dean; her husband William Oliver "Bill" Cox; and her great grandchild Bowden Rigsby. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Glass of Camilla, Janice Gilliard (Roger) of Pelham and Jenny Poitevint (Rusty) of Pelham; and her grandchildren, Destiny Glass, Jami Bailey (Brett), Rami Batchelor (Edward), Lamar Gilliard (Jaime), Lacey Gilliard (Josh), Justin Poitevint (Abby) and Jacob Poitevint.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 5008 Vada Rd, Climax, GA 39834.
