He was predeceased by: his parents, Amy Fluellen and Willie Fluellen. He is survived by: his wife Mercedes Fluellen. He is also survived by four daughters; three stepchildren; three sisters; and two brothers.
His career was marked by meaningful contributions to the Georgia Department of Transportation and Cagle's. Most notably, he served as a custodian at Mitchell County High School, a testament to his commitment to his alma mater and his community.
