He is survived by: his son James Henry Dent, Sr.; his wife Adine Dent; his children, Julius Dent, John Dent (Tiffany), Alvenease Jackson and Andrea Cunningham; his siblings, Charles Dent (Linda) and Johnnie Mae Williams; his grandchildren, Julius Daniel, Ashtyn, Avery, Nechelle, Zerious II, Trinity, John D., Zamyia, D'Asha and Olivia; Emma Jean Lampkin, Jennifer Stone (Regina) and Chubby Daniels. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
